百炼成神，登神长阶。 只能在开局选择统治者特质，传奇领袖，禁止负面特质和死亡。 加入内阁效果： 岗位所需的维护费-25%。 行政官，指挥官，科学家上限+2,领袖储备+1。 -20%帝国规模。 个人效果： 每级+10%经验获取，一级10%经验加成，十级100%经验加成，以此类推。 每级+1等级上限，最高10000级。。 统治者效果： 每级 帝国规模-2%，星球飞升花费-1%，星球飞升效果+1%，可萌蔽的附属国+0.1(也就是说十级可以多萌蔽一个附属国)。 以及更年轻的领袖，领袖年龄15+。 回归了随等级成长的
