Changes the stats of the Military Sniper to the Raptor Sniper from Serious Sam 4, As always balanced for L4D2. Now the sniper in serious sam is kinda inaccurate while unscoped but i want my scripts to be fun so it will not retain that stat. DOES NOT INCLUD
