Dota 2 But Random Modifiers And Auras

At the start of the game and every 30 seconds, every hero gain a random modifier or aura. This modifiers/auras last from 5 to 15 seconds depending on the effect, and some of them gets stronger based on the hero level. 15 modifiers and 5 auras MODIFIERS: -
