雙向4車道有軌電車橋（Two-way 4-lane tram bridge）
道路設計參考於(舊金山纜車) 美利堅合眾國加利福尼亞州舊金山纜車也就是有名的鐺鐺車，也可以翻譯為噹噹車、叮噹車,，是現今世上僅存以人工手動操作的都市纜車系統；除了金門大橋, 舊金山纜車已是深植世人心中的在地 標記，更是一座寶貴的活動交通古蹟，無可取代。 1869年夏天工程師安德魯看見山坡上的五匹馬因不堪重負而倒地斃命，不論是誰見到這樣的景象，都會對這一幕留下深刻而震撼的印象。 目睹慘劇的安德魯創建了這樣的有軌電纜車。 因此,纜車位於Powell Street與Market Street交叉口的纜車總站就命名
