如你所见，这是一个用来练习的mod。不过虽说是用来练手，但也写的很用心了，故发出来给大家玩一玩 增加了一个国民理念：第四天灾 提供巨额战斗加成 提供两个战争借口 1，第四天灾的征服：全面战争借口，没有使用限制 2，归于麾下：附庸借口，比常规的附庸借口更容易达成目标，而且无相对实力要求 提供特色陆军： 天灾志愿军：造价低廉，生产迅速，战力恐怖 通过特色轨道轰炸姿态： 1.死亡当空：对星球和人口不会造成伤害，对陆军造成巨额伤害 2.末日将临：增加巨额星球破坏度
