自用 修改了社会学循环科技中的： 恒星基地容量科技：层数改为10层 海军容量科技：添加效果：指挥官上限+0.25 领袖上限科技：生效，层数为无限，效果改为三种领袖上限各加0.25，领袖经验获取+5% 指挥上限科技：层数改为10层，添加效果：指挥官上限+0.25 科技中的领袖上限增加以整数显示，所以都会是+0（实际上是生效的）
