添加了四个稀有文物决议，分别用于培养领袖、重置遗珍冷却（需要玩家拥有遗珍时才显示）、加速星球施工（包括建筑、决议、陆军建造、清理障碍和环境改造，速度为将5年工程缩短到7天）以及加速内阁议程。 本mod需要Distant Stars DLC，对于版本应该没有要求。适配4.0.6版本，4.0版本之前的应该无法使用，如果有需求旧版本的可以联系我。 如果有bug或者意见欢迎留言。本mod没有也不会做平衡（
