Realistic Gyroscopes (5% Force Magnitude)
I needed this, you may too. Basically Gyroscopes have only 5% of their normal force magnitude. This is so that they cannot be used as a form of "meta" in combat, when there's Thruster steering and Control Surfaces in Plane Servers, or just for more realism
