Consistent Bile Texture Phongboost

The body textures, when boomed on, for the L4D2 survivors causes their "phongboost" to be set to 0. The phongboost dictates how shiny something is, the higher the shinier. However the L4D1 survivors' phongboost stays the same regardless of whether they're
