Melee Friendly Fire Rebalance
As requested by user PhewL, this is a spin-off of the main "Kyle's Rebalance Mod" project that only affects the melee weapons. All sharp melees had their friendly fire increased to 10 on Expert. For blunt melees, their friendly fire was decreased to 5 on E
