Ordnance Targeting Fix

It bothered me that the other cannon targeting fix was using outdated vanilla values for the projectiles, so I fixed it. Also made bomb abilities, like Gunnery Wight's Pyromaniac, etc. target center mass since he tends to throw grenades to a spot no one is
