This combines Rise's L4D1 stuff in L4D1 campaigns, the version for The Sacrfice, and their map specific L4D1 UI into one mod, and adds support for Dam It Complete by DBG. Dam It Complete is not needed to use this mod, but it will show up in the add-on camp
