L4D2 Desert Rifle on L4D1 Animations replaces M16

This swaps the M16/Rifle with a SCAR-L instead. A bit longer animation is displayed instead and I have no intentions to make it shorter. Compatible with retextures, sounds and UI. Credits: Vanyarin (Vanilla Desert Rifle on L4D1 M16 Animations (Alt Reload))
