[VScript] Pointblank Shotgun Gibbing

This makes shotgun gibbing at close range much more brutal on commons. Only works in local/single-player. Originally there was a mods that allowed severe gibbing for shotguns, but it was replacing with a m60 ammo type. It made all shotguns incredibly broke
