调整舰船建造速度
===Chinese version only=== 顾名思义，添加了一条法令，以+10%/+50%/+100%/-10%/-50%/-100%为档位，允许玩家多次自由调整自己的舰船建造速度修正。所有档位均可叠加生效，最终数值可正可负，真正实现自由控制加速减速。 使用方法：启用mod后，激活法令“调整舰船建造速度”。后按照事件提示操作即可 注意事项：举例来说选择两次增加10%,再一次增加50%则最终修正的数值就是+70%，同时在特殊情况下，可以再次选择多次减少来达到减慢舰船建造速度的效果，例如再次选择两次减
