Have I became "that planetarium items guy" by now, huh?.. Anyways this fixes that Uranus messes up ~60% of on-kill effects. For Repentance+, fixes: Goldened enemies not dropping coins upon being ice-freezed. (Midas' Touch, Eye of Greed) For Repentance, fix
