zModded Boss Weight Fix (Normalize)

This apparently has never been made after years. Changes the weight for all increased weight modded bosses to 1 (default) that use StageAPI (all of them...) Enable "AllowWeight2ForAfterbirth" in the main.lua if you want Afterbirth floor bosses up to 2 weig
