改自https://steamcommunity.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=3405971764 计划把老哥画的饼都做一下 Part 1 修改物种特质，陆军直接瘫痪，产出大幅下降（不影响活体陈设），维护费增加，尤其是点了绝望 人口放置产生贸易额、舒适度、凝聚力和社会学研究 Part II.1 略微调整特质效果，修改特质图标，修复覆盖原版内容，加回了老哥做的物种图，虽然我自己玩的时候在用可爱ai图捏 重做了国策之一，添加权利、生活标准和特殊岗位。采用国策则开局所有人口固定
