此MOD添加了决议和控制台指令，可回收库存中的装备（优先过时装备）。装备将从库存中销毁，获得对应类型装备的评估价值（基于基础价值，稍低于市场价值）*销毁数量的经济产能盈余。 此MOD处理装备的方式为从库存中删除，不会出售/租借/发送给其他国家，不会有其他国家获得这些装备。 此MOD几乎可以清理所有类型的装备，包括变种装备和特殊项目装备。 This mod adds decision and console command to recycle equipment from the stockpile (pr
