Saferoom Healing [ Missing Health Edition ]

Saferoom Healing Just like my Saferoom Healing mod but this one heals depending on the missing health, so if you miss 50HP and you set the healing precentage at 50%, you'll be healed with 25HP. This way, if you have high HP, you'll be healed with less heal
