这是一个完善钢丝局部战争与和谈系统的mod，致力于在一个以世界大战为主题的游戏里让世界大战打不起来。 制作此mod的起因是大量蘸饭对为了一小块地要和半个世界打得你死我活的战争机制深感不满，于是我突发奇想，将隔壁《群星》的周礼式战争搬运至钢丝，现在二战世界各国遵守礼乐教化，不出无名之师，不打无故之战，宣布什么战争目标就是什么战后处理，打仗点到为止要讲武德。 本mod主要功能如下： --脚本和平：核心功能，在拥有战争目标的国家将敌国打成停止抵抗后就立刻结算战胜结果并脚本和平。例如：德三对波兰以“征服”战争目标宣
