Damage Modifiers Causes Common Infected to take different damage depending on the area where they are hit: Headshots: deal 4× damage. Chest hits: deal 1.5× damage. Stomach & generic hits: deal normal damage. Limbs: reduced damage (arms 0.85×, legs 0.82×).
