Veil Hive + UWE Compatibility Patch

Adjusts Veil Hive stats to match the buffs given to UWE Hivers. Most significantly, I've matched the changes to hit rates for body parts and the slightly increased hp on body parts. Now your stylish green/purple hivers will be just as strong as the vanilla
