定制了附庸谈判UI，给予UI Overhaul Dynamic的页面修改 需要UI Overhaul Dynamic作为前置，读取顺序置于UI后方 · 取消分散的荫蔽，无需封建或飞升 · 保护国的科技阈值设为0% · 大大降低提出协议的影响力花费，协议谈判无CD · 附庸特化后的升级速度加快 · 吞并附庸的速度加快，可以同时吞并多个附庸 · 增加了一些忠诚度与接受度，差不多是刚好能附庸联邦成员的程度 · 玩家不需要信任度就能提议臣服、组建联邦 · 附庸会跟随宗主加入或退出联邦 #<---------- 更好
