拒绝增加帝国规模
byZoker·
很轻量的mod，应该不会有什么冲突或bug，将EMPIRE_SIZE_FROM_DISTRICTS、EMPIRE_SIZE_FROM_SYSTEMS、EMPIRE_SIZE_FROM_COLONIES、EMPIRE_SIZE_FROM_BRANCH_OFFICES、EMPIRE_SIZE_FROM_POPS的值全部修改为0，即不会从区划、恒星系、殖民地、分部、人口中获取任何帝国规模，这五个常量为全局常量，这就意味着玩家、ai都会同样从中受益 我拒绝从所有地方获取任何帝国规模！
