Consolidated Ancient Clone Vats

This mod allows you to upgrade your ancient clone vats instead of being forced to spend another building slot to build one. But to keep the balance, the amount of upgrades are limited to the intended balance. You can have five tier 1s. A tier 4 and tier 1.
