[VScript] Human Special Infected can access SI Bot-only areas

Bet you didn't know this was a thing, huh? When making the maps, valve made many areas in their maps only accessible to AI-Controlled special infected, as a result of those areas allowing human players to see the void or other unrendered parts of the map.
