[FNaF]Fazclaire's Disable Jigglebones (Script)

In early May 2025 Gmod made a change that affected ragdolls, more specifically jigglebones, such as Bonfie's ears, this script reverts that change and disables jigglebones to be static as they were before this update. Complementary mods Fazclaire's Nightcl
