Toggle Tools (Remove Physics Gun & Tool Gun)

Adds a context menu button that gives/removes your Physics Gun, Camera and Tool Gun. Will also remove tools when respawning if removed prior to dying. Commands: toggletools - Give/remove tools toggletools_cmenuicon - Show/hide the icon in context menu. Req
