德国开局民主，因为新版本德国必须是法西斯才能点莱茵兰或者反对小胡子，作为别的国家就不用担心被打了 得进入游戏后德国才会变成民主，选择国家界面的时候还是法西斯 如果想让德国进游时不是民主可以在开局选择国家的时候到游戏规则里改回“默认”，这样就没有效果了（也就是说不会从法西斯变成民主了） 注意：德国在莱茵兰、摩泽兰、巴登不是非军事区的时候会跳过莱茵兰的国策，所以作为玩家游玩德国之外的国家时千万记得不要让德国进入战争状态，因为后续没有卡脖子的地方了，德国可以和原来一样照常扩张。而如果玩家游玩的是蓝色的新德国，可以
