自用建筑造价修改，降低了部分建筑的造价 修改内容： 1、空军基地：造价：1250->125，上限：10->100(可以放20000架飞机，并且飞机补给消耗为降为1/10) 2、炼油厂：造价；14500->7200 3、补给中心：造价；20000->5000 4、铁路：造价；170->200,每级+130造价去除(5级铁路造价大约下降一半) 5、海军基地：造价；5000->1000,每级+1000造价去除 6、核反应堆，重水反应堆和民用核反应堆可以同时建造 7、强化电网和大容量电网可以同时建造
