Less Reserve Ammo

Lowers the reserve ammo on all weapons to around two clips per weapon. Highly recommend you use IAYWN's addon with this, though it's not dependant. Below is the max ammo values for each weapon group: SMG's - 60 Rifles - 60 Hunting Rifle - 20 Sniper Rifles
