[RGON] Consistent Champion Sprites

This mod reduces the sprite size of champions enemies to be consistent with their hitbox. Also replace colors manually to give a colors that fit more with Isaac. I made a bunch of enemies, but there are a lot that I will recoloring with the time It needs R
