添加了一个第四天灾加强法令，按照帝国焦点分成探索、征服、发展三个强化方向，每个方向都能进行数层强化，让玩家化身真正的第四天灾。 探索：强化了科研，缩短了调查、考古、第一次接触等的时间，再也不用等待慢吞吞的科考和破译啦！ 征服：加强了舰队各方面的数值、暴兵速度等，治好你的火力不足恐惧症！ 发展：减少帝国规模、增加影响力、增加资源产出、减少维护费，种田种到爽！
