Energy Orb - Fixes and Support (PARTIALLY IMPLEMENTED)

This fix got partially implemented in the Summer 2026 update. Valve has included everything except the files that support expanding it to the other warpaintable weapons. If there are any other issues that should be fixed with "Energy Orb", please let me kn
