全派系兵种容量限制加自用改动

代发 本mod最大的重点是全派系的容量限制，所有派系中高级兵种增加容量限制，能无限招募的只有低级1-2本中那些不怎么强力的兵种或者原本很弱，查无此人的3本兵，秩序阵型的容量限制比较严重（高级兵产量很低，数量很稀少），毁灭派系相对宽松，不过都需要地盘扩充容量（纳垢，野兽人等这种原本有容量限制的不受影响）， 通用或者说是自用修改， 步兵，全体步兵血量上调25%，基础移速上升7点，冲锋上升10点，模组根据本数增加， 骑兵，全部骑兵增加到80模组，基础移速上升8点，重骑质量上升200点， 怪步，怪骑增加模组数，其他
