个人自用修改，比原版更加轮椅。原作大佬好久不更新了。 整合了部分《更好的游戏体验》内容，整合define修改、将领线性经验获取、煤炭线性系数、王牌难度修改，我自己的mod。兼容性更强，更轮椅。 轮椅制造商、轮椅企业、轮椅配件、轮椅决议。（打最高难度的CA是可以的，但打不了天堂之战） 工厂煤炭为固定，不再线性增长，增加挖煤决议。 志愿军传送时间更短，租借法案及国际市场到货时间 更快。
