Randomized NPC Spawn Locations

This add-on makes it so any NPC you spawn via the spawnmenu will spawn at a random location on the map instead of your cursor (AKA where you're aiming), this is useful for hide and seek horror sessions with NPCS and just, for pure fun chaos, just click sub
