自用mod，适配群星版本：3.14.1592653 新增一个贸易政策共同富裕，效果为每点贸易额可转为 - 电0.15 矿0.1 粮0.1 消费品0.1 合金0.05 凝聚力0.2 三种科研点各0.1 - 增强老版本的贸易额产出，为职员岗小幅增强： - 职员岗的贸易额基础值从3增加到4，同样受到经贸左一和人口特质的加强 - 商人工会的内阁每等级额外为职员岗增加0.2的基础值 选择商人工会国民理念即可使用，与修改了贸易政策和职员岗数据的mod不兼容
