[V-Script] Empty Reload And Pickup Animations
Restores 2 kinds of animations which are unused from L4D1: - Empty reload animations: They play when reloading while having an empty magazine. If you have E3 Style Upgrade Pickup Logic installed, you'll also do an empty reload when picking up ammo upgrades
