Preventing bots using pills/ adrenaline

vanilla bots always use pills/ adrenaline whenever their hp <= 49 so this mod basically manipulate their hp to make sure only use pills/ adrenaline whenever hp <= 39 (limp walk state). mod work ok for vanilla game, it may conflict with other pill/ adrenali
