描述： 修改了天灾的触发条件，删除大量判断条件，现在只要进入游戏末期，每5年就会尝试一次触发天灾。 若设置了所有天灾，则每个天灾触发后会有12年缓冲期。 修改了各个天灾的权重，如果开启全部天灾，更有可能以 虫群→恶魔→肃正→女王 的顺序触发。 修改文件： events\crisis_trigger_events.txt 可能因为覆盖导致失效。
