Goodbye Grav Noise

Silences the ambient noise that the grav engines and oxygen pumps make. This is a niche little mod but it helps me so maybe it'll help someone else. Safe to add and remove from games. All it does is patch the volume for grav engines and oxygen pumps to 0.
