把mod名字改成校长优化，毕竟改了这么多东西。 民国走黑线或者蓝线会让校长成为领导人，而不是戴笠。并且添加了采掘资源决议、一个整合PRC将领决议、整合朝鲜决议、整合日本决议。还可以直接从盟友手上夺取宣称领土，只要控制就可以拿（抗战后打世界大战用的），再也不用和盟友在谈判桌抢地啦。 注：刺杀校长事件才会让校长成为黑线领导人，请耐心等待，不要直接用focus.autocomplete和focus.nochecks。 刺杀校长事件完成后还会自动完成谴责封建主义国策，这样你就能同时完成中立线国策和黑线国策啦。 删除
