I think you may need some startup instructions: 1) Turn ON engine switch 2) Parking brake OFF 3) Hover to an altitude of 100 meters 4) Press 3 to enter flight mode, and hold the up arrow key to increase throttle in flight mode https://i.imgur.com/d3UVtF0.p
