原MOD的汉化模组，本MOD只有汉化内容，需要挂载原模组Energy Rework 原版内容： A. 大幅提升商用核反应堆在新能源机制下的作用。 B. 将核能和煤炭合并为一种“能源”资源。 C. 新增水坝，括地方水坝（15点能源）和国家级水坝（110点能源）。 商用核反应堆将生产250单位（原为20单位）煤炭/能源。 更新：移除合成炼油厂提供的能源，改为水坝提供。 国家级水坝只能建在沿海地区。曾尝试将所有水坝都限制在河流沿岸，但由于游戏中没有相关规则，因此难以实现。 12.2更新 修复部队操作栏中新加入的“
