Infected Can Trigger Car Alarms

If a survivor stands on an alarmed car, the alarm gets triggered. If a common infected, special infected, tank or witch stands on an alarmed car, nothing happens (Valve is incompetent, slow, etc). I have fixed this non-issue and made c5m3_cemetery needless
