调整了一下震旦的行省宁和，主要是提高震旦的发展，同时去掉了宁和的负面效果。阴系专注发展，阳系专注军事，宁和提供收入科技和全局发展。 中正宁和：收入+20%，科技速度+10，维持费-20%，全局发展+5，腐蚀-3 宁和去掉了增加移动力，改为增加科研速度，这样后期全行省宁和可以更快研发科技，不必建造大量的阳行省来推科技。 1级阴：发展+10，建筑成本-10%，掌控力+2 2级阴：发展+30，建筑成本-25%，掌控力+4，补员4% 3级阴：发展+60，建筑成本-50%，掌控力+6，补员8%，建筑时间-1 阴效果提
