[VScript] Tank Spawn & Death Music

This mod adds two new custom music cues for the Tank using VScript: A warning sound that plays the moment the Tank spawns (before anyone spots it). A death sound that plays when the Tank fully dies after ragdolling. Works in singleplayer or hosting via loc
