Bullet tracers & Smoke trails (50% Dimmer)

This mod adds dim smoke trails when you shoot. It's an edit of this mod - all I did was make the texture 50% transparent. This makes the smoke "glow" less on darker maps. Credit goes to Withgreen1 for creating the original mod, check theirs out if you want
